This page explains how to stop Gadgets POS using your Facebook or WhatsApp connection, and how to ask us to delete the data we hold about your business. Gadgets POS is a product of DoneSol Technologies Ltd.
When you connect your WhatsApp Business number through the Continue with Facebook button, Meta gives us the identifiers needed to send messages for your business. We store your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID and display number, the connection status, the details of the message templates we create for you, and an encrypted access token. We never receive or store your Facebook password.
Sign in to Gadgets POS, open WhatsApp in the menu and choose Disconnect. Gadgets POS stops sending messages from your number straight away. You can also remove Gadgets POS from your Meta business settings under Integrations, then Connected apps.
Disconnecting stops us using your number but does not by itself erase the stored records. To have them permanently deleted, email info@gadgetspos.com with the subject Data deletion request. Please send it from the email address you use to sign in, and include your business name so we can find your account.
We will confirm your request by reply and delete the WhatsApp connection data and other personal data linked to your account within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices and financial records, we are legally required to keep for a set period, and we will tell you if that applies. We will email you again once the deletion is complete.
